Great coffee and sandwich!
As previously stated in the survey, I stopped and picked up 1/2 dozen doughnuts. I just got back in town after a business trip. I had intended to take a break and have a couple of doughnuts and coffee. The crullers I ordered (3) and the glazed blurry doughnuts (3) were, without a doubt, disgusting. Crullers were DRY and HARD; they actually cracked apart; the blueberry ones were exceptionally wet, as the glaze melted and made the cake so moist, they were not edible, so I threw all six away. Do they check stock? There went my “break”. The amount I paid, $9.62, was wasted. I took my money and threw IT away. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, and the guy who answered said he was the manager’s helper and asked why I was calling. I explained my situation, and the only response I got was, “I am sorry for your experience, but have a good day”, and he hung up. He didn’t even offer a solution for my trouble. I will make sure I recommend something other than this store or even Dunkin. I can drive 1 & 1/2 miles to Krispie Kreme and know I will always be satisfied with their products. You lost a customer. I spent nearly $10 and got nothing. Terrible customer relations and awful products. Never Dunkin again. Thanks for listening.
I completed the survey today but didn’t get the validation code for the free classic donut. My code is 09301-46783-1106-0349, and I was at your store on 346783 today.
My service provided was extremely good. And the bathroom is the cleanest bathroom that I’ve ever seen for public use. Customer representatives were engaging and polite. I would highly recommend this place located at Roswell Road and N. Ridge Rd. Thanks, Dunkin’ Dough
I loved it as much as you’ll receive it carried out right here. The sketch is tasteful, and your authored subject matter is stylish.
Nonetheless, your command gets a shakiness over that you wish to be delivering the following. Unwell unquestionably come further formerly again since the same nearly very often inside case you shield this hike.
You need to fix this online program. I did the survey, and the last time, all it gave me was a number and no bar code to get my free donut. This time, it ended the survey without getting my information to send me my free donut bar code or a redeemable number. My free doughnut survey number is 70301-08835-0607-1246. Please send me my free doughnut voucher!! Thank you!
The customer was listening to music on headphones. It took quite a while for her to understand what kind of coffee I wanted! Thank you.
I’m visiting from Orange County and needed a birthday cake. I went into the Baskin-Robbins store #356018. They didn’t have a good selection of cakes at all. Mostly roll cakes, cake pralines, and cream. I asked the two young men there, Daniel, and couldn’t see the other young man, but he seemed to be Daniel’s manager. I asked if this is the only selection you have, and if you possibly have any in stock. The response was not “I’m sorry we don’t,” but a flat-out NO! I needed a cake, so I bought this one. I asked if I could get something written on it. The so-called manager said our cake decorator hadn’t arrived yet and suggested we wait. I said no, but I don’t mind writing on it myself. He replied, “No, you can’t do that because we go by the rules here.” Really? I also asked when the cake was made, and he didn’t know. However, he called someone and found out it was made a few days ago, and it’s good until Sept. 6, 2025. These employees require additional customer service skills or training when interacting with the public. No personality for the public. All the while, this so-called manager with no skills whatsoever was popping his gum. So very unprofessional in the food business! I mean, he was chomping away the entire conversation. When I went to pay with cash, he rudely pointed to the counter the sign that states (we do not accept bills over $20.00). I paid with a credit card, but the total was over $ 30.00. Really? I will never return to this Baskin-Robbins ever again. I have been a very loyal customer for years, and I mean years, and have always had excellent customer service. What a shame! My advice is to provide better training for these employees at this Baskin-Robbins.
Good Morning, on a slow Sunday morning, no one is in line. I ordered a medium coffee with creamer, three sugars, and a plain bagel with butter. I look at the screen, and it says coffee creamer, light toasted bagel. I turn around and tell her I want coffee with one creamer and three sugars, and a bagel with just butter, not toasted. So, I get my order, head to work, and open the coffee to find it’s light with no sugar. And a bagel, no butter. Do they listen to customers when they place an order? Spent $ 6.81 on light coffee, no sugar, and a plain bagel. Excellent customer service.
Super Great Shore, Manager and Employees really work Hard to make everyone happy. I’ve been going here 7 days a week for years. Great service! My Coffee is Fresh every morning. I’m 5 Shore. Thanks, Dunkin’ Doughnuts! Thanks to the New Manager and Employees.
Today, 09/10/2025, I visited your store # 352475 for my daily order of lemonade. My total today was $4.79, but the store had no change to give me. I asked for a receipt, but they were out of receipt paper again. This happens on a regular basis. They always have the product I want. I stop by this location Monday through Thursday to get my lemonade and sometimes a doughnut or hash browns. Last week, they were out of lemonade for three days. I hate to complain, but this is becoming a weekly issue. Thank You.
The woman was taking my order gave me regular coffee instead of decaf! I had told her 2-3 times that it was decaf. I was awake half the night!
